60’s Vintage Red Bucket Cloche Hat Novelty Designs silver flex belt Shoulder to Shoulder: 15 1/2"A super fun 1960s vintage vivid red straw bucket cloche hat with layers of novelty white plastic pin wheels. A small brim and a rounded cloche style crown hat that is unlined. 21" inside. It is a soft woven straw and a thin red velvet band goes around and then a tiny bow tops the front. The pin wheels are held on with white painted studs. A small grograin ribbon inner hat band. This hat does pull down a little like a cloche from the 60s and it does
