Cheaper cards like this typically gain a lot of value in perfect condition, as, just like with Keldeo, visual appeal combined with excellent condition is usually a recipe for success

For example, if you control ten permanents, lose control of two, then cast Illustrious Wanderglyph, you won't have the city's blessing
