The semi double blooms of 'South Africa' are a deep golden yellow, almost cantaloupe. The blooms open to reveal the stamens which are much the same color as the petals. Plant as a specimen or in combination with 'Plum Perfect' for a dramatic contrast. This is a great cut flower but it is thorny.
